What is your favorite career advice you’ve received?
Rejection is redirection. Don't feel like you're tied to a particular career path -- You don't know what you don't know, and a redirection might actually help you find a better fit!
What is one piece of advice you would give to students looking for internships?
Believe in the process! Job application may feel like throwing rocks into a black hole, but trust that quantity has a quality all its own. The more you do it, the better odds you have! Have a support group to accompany you in the process (peers, professors, career center).
