2027-2028 Junior & Senior Housing Application

Interested in living on campus during your junior or senior year? This application is for students who will have junior or senior standing in Fall 2027 and are seeking housing in the University Villas for the 2027–2028 academic year. Access your Housing Portal via MySCU to complete your application.

Application Timeline

  • Application Opens: Wednesday, January 13, 2027, at 9:00 a.m.
  • Preferred Period Deadline: Wednesday, March 10, 2027, at 5:00 p.m.
  • Rolling Application Period Begins: Thursday, March 11, 2027, at 9:00AM.

Preferred Application Period
Students who submit their applications during the preferred application period may participate in the initial room selection process and create roommate groups. All members of a roommate group must submit their applications during the preferred application period to participate in room selection.

Rolling Application Period
Students who submit their applications beginning Wednesday, March 10, 2027, will not be eligible to participate in the initial room selection process or join a roommate group. Housing assignments will be made based on remaining space availability, and students may be manually placed.

Limited Availability
University Villas housing is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee a housing assignment.

Participation in the initial room selection process is determined by lottery. Students who are not selected to participate will be placed on a wait list. Historically, Housing has been able to accommodate all students who are placed on the preferred period wait list.

Students who apply during the rolling application period who are placed on a wait list will will only be placed after the preferred period wait list has been exhausted, and may not secure on-campus housing due to limited availability.
