For Employees

The Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX provides a virtual and asynchronous training for staff and faculty regarding the prevention of unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment issues. The University, in compliance with state and federal law, requires all employees to undergo this training at the beginning of their employment and then every two years.

We have recently transitioned to new courses that are assigned based on supervisor status. Contingent workers also have a separate, shorter course assignment.

  • On-Call Employees: RespectEdu for Faculty & Staff: Title IX and Clery Act
  • Non-Supervisors: RespectEdu for Non-Supervisors: Preventing Harassment & Discrimination
  • Supervisors: RespectEdu for Supervisors: Preventing Harassment & Discrimination

When your training is due, you will receive an email from Vector Solutions. You are also able to access your assigned course using the link below:

  • SCU Employee Training
  • Click on the 'Santa Clara University SSO Login' button, which will allow you to log in using your SCU credentials (the same credentials you use to log into your MySCU Portal).

Please kindly complete the training within 30 days. If you have any questions or encounter any issues along the way, please contact compliancetrainings@scu.edu.
